Role OverviewWe are looking for a fulltime UI/UX Designer who can create immersive, easytouse, and emotionally engaging user experiences that reflect Ithi's creative spirit. At its core, this is a user interface design role with a focus on motion someone who can improve the product experience through animation, small interactive details, and simple transitions, rather than a 3D artist or general motiongraphics person. We're not looking for someone to build a great product from scratch we're looking for someone who can make a product great to use. The ideal candidate has both a strong eye for design and strategic thinking, able to turn Ithi's brand values into digital experiences that feel as thoughtful and meaningful as our stories.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & PrototypingCreate wireframes, detailed UI designs, and interactive prototypes.Build visually rich yet simple interfaces inspired by Ithi's earthy, cinematic, and tactile visual style.Design simple transitions, small interactive details, and motion within interfaces to improve usability and emotional connection.Brand IntegrationTurn Ithi's tone warm, thoughtful, meaningful into consistent UI/UX design brand elements like sacred geometry, film textures, and handcrafted typography into the interface design.Apply a sense of motion to branding, combining strong visual skill colour, form, texture, and shape with movement.CollaborationWork closely with creative directors, developers, and branding teams.Take part in brainstorming sessions to align design ideas with storytelling goals.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equal experience).03 years of professional UI/UX design experience.Robust prototyping skills, with proven experience designing interactions and small interactive details within interfaces (not just static screens).Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of a second motion tool such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.Strong portfolio showing both visual design skill and userfocused thinking ideally with specific examples of interaction or motion design within creative products or apps.Strong visual skill: a solid understanding of colour, form, texture, and shape as design basics, combined with the ability to apply motion to them.Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and consistency across understanding of what's realistically possible on the web to judge if a motion or interaction idea can actually be built no coding skill required.Ability to bring narrative and emotion into digital interfaces.Preferred SkillsExperience designing for creative platforms, film, or media industries candidates from related creative fields (e.g., film) are welcome if their interface design skills are strong.Background in motion design and small interactive details specific to user interfaces (3D skills are a plus but not required).An appreciation for cinema, storytelling, and creative teamwork.Salary9,00,000 per annum
