Front Office Support

Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records.
Respond to telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and in a timely manner.
Handling multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person/extension
Differentiating between incoming calls and walk-ins and handle appropriately.
Allotting walk in to the sales person according to the loop.
Generating enquiry of every client in ERP and transfer accordingly to sales person.
Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests
Maintaining Attendance Register and to keep a track on outdoor duties of the Executives / Staff
To do the data entry, make reports whenever required.

Admin Support

Responsible for administrative work like supervision on Housekeeping / facility management.
To behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
Keeping track for incoming and outgoing Letters or any other documents, couriers listing.
Timely Updating Inventory records.
Maintain the files, records and documents as required.
