Often workers improvise, so advice is needed. Cross checking of the operators result is very important. Most fails come from dimensional stability and seam slippage, dark shade rubbing fastness, CSV. So, we need to constantly advise the production team constantly for these problems.
In manual tests, there is a scope of error. The experience is more important, rather than precision.
Deciding on whether to send the outsourced material back to supplier or mend it in the plant is a challenge because of undecidability on costs and time involved.

Sharing the reports of material to the required team KRA2 Timely Delivery Chasing the vendor for timely delivery. Meeting the vendors for defects (why it happened, how can it be mended, for both printing and embroidery etc. Training the vendors and follow up for constant improvement.)
