In this role at EY, you will be part of the Business Consulting team within Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) focusing on Enterprise Risk and Controls Transformation. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to large-scale client engagements while delivering quality services within expected time frames and budgets - Leading and motivating teams to foster innovation and a team-oriented work environment - Generating new business opportunities for the Enterprise Control Transformation practice - Working in an environment surrounded by knowledgeable colleagues with deep risk management experience To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications: - Masters degree in business administration (finance) with 2-5 years of relevant work experience - Experience in banking, capital markets, asset management, or insurance industries with a focus on enterprise risk management - Knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, financial processes, and controls - Experience in risk governance and risk management life cycle - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with teams at all levels Good-to-have qualifications include prior consulting experience, certifications such as FRM or CFA, risk management systems knowledge/experience, and willingness to travel as needed.
