Age: 21 - 33 Years
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: 1+ Year (Sales/Marketing/Customer Service preferred)

*Role & Responsibilities:*

* Meet customers and understand their financial and insurance need.
* Generate leads through personal networking, references, and market activities.
Company will provide approximately 50% leads, while the remaining 50% leads need to be generated by self-efforts.
* Convert assigned leads into business opportunities through customer meetings and follow-ups.
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing customers.
Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
