Full-Stack Developer (.Net Core + React JS)

Role Description: We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in modern backend development using .NET 8+ (upgradable to .NET 10). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications involving real-time communication, cloud messaging, authentication mechanisms, and third-party integrations. .NET Core expertise is mandatory. Experience in React.js is required for developing and maintaining modern user interfaces. Job Location: Pune, India. Experience: 4+ Years Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET 8+, with readiness for migration to .NET 10.Develop scalable and secure backend services using ASP.NET Core and Microservices architecture.Build and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js.Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and high-performance user interfaces.Implement real-time communication solutions using WebSockets.Integrate messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus or similar messaging platforms.Develop and manage secure authentication and authorization systems, including RBAC and ABAC.Implement robust access control mechanisms across services and APIs.Work with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency patterns to build high-performance applications.Integrate and manage third-party APIs while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.Design and implement audit mechanisms for tracking system activities, compliance, and operational visibility.Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both backend and frontend layers.Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical design discussions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Solution Architects to deliver high-quality software solutions.Qualifications: Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET CoreHands-on experience with .NET 8 or later versionsProficiency in WebSockets for real-time systemsExperience with Azure Service Bus or similar messaging systemsSolid understanding of: Authentication & Authorization (RBAC, ABAC)Access Control & Security best practicesStrong knowledge of multi-threading, async/await, and concurrencyExperience integrating third-party APIs Knowledge of logging and audit frameworksFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architectureExperience with SQL/NoSQL databasesStrong hands-on experience with React.jsPay: 500,000.00 - 1,800,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: On the road .
