IMG MFG IT Software Engineer Job Requisition Title Full Stack Developer Python, Java, AI Tools, and Low-Code/No-Code Solutions Job Family Information Technology / Software Engineering Position Summary Seeking a versatile and highly adaptable Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python and Java, along with practical knowledge of AI assistant and agent creation. The ideal candidate will also have experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role requires a self-driven professional who can learn quickly, embrace new technologies, and contribute to innovative digital solutions across business and technical teams. A minimum of 5-6 years experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications using Python and Java. Build and support AI-enabled solutions, including assistants, agents, and workflow-based automation. Develop business and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Interact with various stakeholders (Customers, Vendors) to get a detailed insight into solution requirement Manage people, process within the agreed upon framework to execute projects Develop products/solutions based on latest technology trends Handle the issues arising at the client site and providing necessary customer support during Production trials (TT & PP until Job1) Identify issues in existing processes of client and recommend innovative solutions to increase efficiency .
