Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Mumbai / Thane / Bengaluru Work Mode: On-site / Office-based Employment Type: Full-time About the Role At Noviqra Technologies, we are looking for a strong hands-on developer who understands how modern real-time web applications work end-to-end. This role is for someone who is comfortable going beyond normal frontend development and can work confidently with WebRTC, WebSocket and REST APIs. ⭐ Primary Skills – Most Important ✅ WebRTC – strong understanding of real-time audio/video communication ✅ WebSocket – real-time, bidirectional communication ✅ REST APIs – strong API understanding, integration and debugging ✅ React.js – hands-on web application development These will be the core skills for this position. Backend & Integration Skills FastAPI Node.js JavaScript / TypeScript API development and integration JSON payloads and request/response handling Authentication and authorization Async programming API error handling and debugging Git / GitHub What You’ll Work On Build real-time web applications using React Develop and integrate WebRTC-based communication Implement WebSocket-based real-time events Consume and develop REST APIs Connect frontend applications with FastAPI / Node.js services Handle real-time call states, events and user interactions Work with authentication, sessions and API security Debug frontend ↔ backend ↔ real-time communication issues Build scalable product dashboards and communication interfaces Work closely with backend, AI and product teams Convert prototypes into production-ready applications What We Really Need You should be able to understand and work with a flow such as: React UI → REST API → FastAPI / Node.js → WebSocket Events → WebRTC Session → Real-Time User Experience We are looking for someone who can understand the complete flow, identify where a problem is occurring, and fix it independently. ⭐ Cursor Experience Preferred Hands-on experience with Cursor will be strongly preferred. We value developers who know how to use AI-assisted development for: Faster coding Understanding existing codebases API integration Debugging Refactoring Rapid prototyping But the developer must also be capable of understanding and validating the code being generated.
