01Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java and React.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand and deliver project requirements.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Review code, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor team members.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Participate in application design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Java.
Strong hands-on experience in React.js.
Experience in designing and developing enterprise applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical teams and drive project delivery.
