Full Stack Engineering (DevOps)

As a Full Stack Engineer at one of the Weekday's clients based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable web applications with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and sustaining scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies - Creating responsive user interfaces with React.js - Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features - Enhancing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability - Engaging in code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD workflows - Working on database design and integration involving SQL and NoSQL databases Required Skills & Qualifications: Frontend: - 3 to 6 years of experience with React.js - Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript - Thorough understanding of component-based architecture, hooks, and state management - Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous programming - Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and browser behaviors - Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and debugging Backend: - Strong programming expertise in Java - Solid grasp of OOP concepts and design patterns - Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices - Experience with containerized deployment environments Database & Tools: - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases - Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline processes - Exposure to debugging distributed systems Core Fundamentals: - Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms - Capability to tackle medium-complexity problem-solving challenges Cloud & Monitoring: - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP - Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools Good to Have: - Experience working on large-scale applications - Exposure to cloud-based deployments - Knowledge of frontend security best practices - Background in financial services, mutual funds, or startups - Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories - Experience in building highly scalable systems What Youll Get: - Opportunity to work on platforms serving millions of users - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Chance to influence architectural and technical decisions - Exposure to DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
