Role Description The Full Stack Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital channels to grow TechTFQs audience and customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, creating and refining content, tracking performance metrics, and conducting market and audience research. The role also involves collaborating with product and content teams, managing email and social media marketing, optimizing landing pages and funnels, and supporting brand-building activities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mangaluru, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Proficiency in core digital marketing disciplines, including campaign planning, performance tracking, and marketing analytics.Experience with content creation and management, such as writing, editing, and repurposing content for blogs, social media, and email.Ability to design and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead-generation workflows.Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing systems.Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO fundamentals, and audience engagement strategies.Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including interpreting dashboards, A/B test results, and user behavior insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in a tech or education-focused company, or in a full stack marketing role, is an added advantage. .
