Were building scalable, quick-commerce solutions that connect pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and patients on a single platform.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native, Next.js, Django, AWS, and PostgreSQL to build and scale our KwikMedi application. You will play a core role in architecting, developing, and optimizing our quick-commerce platform for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React Native (mobile) and Next.js (web).
- Design and manage scalable back-end systems using Django and PostgreSQL.
- Work with AWS cloud services for hosting, deployment, and scaling.
- Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services into the platform.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and operations team to build user-friendly, high-performance features.
- Ensure best practices in security, data handling, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions and technical architecture decisions.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React Native (iOS & Android) and Next.js.
- Solid experience in Django/Python backend development.
- Database expertise in PostgreSQL (schemas, optimization, queries).
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
- Experience with quick-commerce or on-demand delivery apps is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have :
- Experience with real-time tracking, maps, and logistics APIs.
- Background in healthcare, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps and server less architecture.
