Fullstack Lead ( Web + Mobile ) (Karnataka)

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern web, mobile, API, and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor developers, and ensure successful project delivery while working closely with clients and stakeholders. Required Qualifications - 10 to 13 years of experience in full stack software engineering and application delivery - Strong hands-on development experience across front-end and back-end technologies - Proven experience leading engineering teams and guiding large-scale application development projects - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns - Experience building cloud-native applications and microservices-based systems - Solid stakeholder management and client interaction experience - Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven environments - Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and software quality practices - Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices Preferred Technical Skills Languages & Frameworks - JavaScript / TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, Go - React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js - Node.js, Spring Boot, FastAPI, .NET Core - React Native, Flutter Cloud & DevOps - AWS, Azure, or GCP - Kubernetes, Docker, Helm - Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD - Monitoring and Observability: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry Data & Integration - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis - Kafka, RabbitMQ - REST, GraphQL, gRPC - API Management platforms such as Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway AI & Up-to-date Engineering - GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI-assisted development tools - LLM integrations using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph - Basic understanding of RAG, vector databases, and AI-powered applications - Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and automation frameworks Security - OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, mTLS - OWASP standards and secure coding practices - Secrets management and application security tooling Preferred Experience & Background - Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or other regulated industries - Exposure to Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, or Core Banking platforms - Experience leading distributed engineering teams across multiple projects - Track record of delivering large-scale customer-facing digital applications - Experience creating reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering best practices - Exposure to AI-enabled SDLC and engineering productivity initiatives - Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are advantageous - Experience working in enterprise-scale transformation and modernization programs Experience: 10 to 13 years Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Fulltime working from office, in a month can avail 5 days of WFH .
