Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in Investment Banking/Capital Markets/Wealth and Asset Management with hands on API and Functional automation testing using JAVA/Python
- Understanding the entire modules and their functionality by verifying the Functional Specification and Style guide issued by the client.
- Experience working on Capital market instruments (Equities/Managed funds/Model portfolios), Portfolio management, Trade life cycle, client onboarding, Retirement Goal Planning, Trade reconciliation, Asset aggregation, eSOPs.
- Designing & Implementing Test Strategy
- Providing Functional Test Estimations
- Able to write and execute the Test Cases for Functional Testing.
- Able to automate end to end functional business workflows.
- Agile methodology experience
- Hands on Mobile testing experience on Android, IOS devices.
- API automation experience using Rest API/POSTMAN and other market tools.
- Must have good knowledge of Java/JavaScript and TypeScript
- Exposure to AZURE dev ops, CI/CD integration
- Experience in SQL, Relational Database and ETL validations
- Maintaining the Bug Reports and delivery Note details.
- Involved in Peer-Review of the test cases, Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing and User Acceptances Testing.
- Organizing, monitoring defect management process
- Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing
- Involved in review meetings and walk through meetings.
- Attend status calls as needed to report on testing progress.
- Reviews data regarding production issues and requests to unc .
