For our business, for clients, and for you Job Specification Responsible for Reviewing, overseeing and tracking the CAM Reconciliation/ CAM Audit processes. Review lease agreements to extract CAM, tax, and insurance-related clauses. Recovery Setup for new leases and maintain existing recovery setup in software like Yardi, MRI, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Prepare tenant reconciliation statements and backup packages. Respond to tenant auditors and resolve inquiries or disputes. Maintain tracking logs and ensure completion within deadlines. Interpret lease terms related to recoveries; assist in preparing annual reconciliation reports and respond to tenant inquiries. Support annual budget preparation where required Other duties as assigned. Skills Required Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, CFA 1 to 2 years of experience Good knowledge of Yardi/MRI software Strong understanding of commercial leases and CAM/OpEx structures. Strong analytical and communication skills.
