Profile: Fund Compliance Manager
Experience: 3 - 7 Years
Roles:
Manage complete fund operations for India and Global Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). Handle investor onboarding, KYC documentation, capital calls, distributions, and exit processing. Maintain investor records and ensure timely generation of investor statements. Coordinate NAV computation with auditors and appointed fund administrators. Manage bank reconciliations, fund accounting coordination, and AUM reporting. Coordinate with custodians, bankers, auditors, trustees, RTAs, and other service providers. Ensure compliance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations and fund Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). Review investment proposals to ensure adherence to investment mandates and regulatory requirements. Monitor portfolio exposure, diversification limits, leverage, and related-party transactions. Identify compliance deviations and report them to the Investment Committee. Review legal documents including Term Sheets, SHA, SSA, and related agreements from a compliance perspective. Prepare and file regulatory returns with SEBI and IFSCA. Support statutory audits, trustee audits, and regulatory inspections. Track FEMA and ODI compliance requirements for cross-border investments. Prepare quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and compliance certificates. Handle investor queries related to fund performance, drawdowns, distributions, and tax documentation. Support fundraising activities by preparing operational and compliance documentation. Stay updated with regulatory amendments and ensure implementation across fund operations. Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Qualified Additional certification in NISM Series XIX-C (AIF) will be preferred Candidates willing to complete the certification within 3 months may also apply Industry Preference
