Role Summary
The Associate/Analyst will support the Reporting Team in creating, reviewing, and maintaining client and fund reporting outputs. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build strong skills in financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation, review, and validation of client and fund reporting outputs. Learn and follow reporting procedures, controls, and compliance guidelines. Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and reporting template updates. Respond to basic queries and escalate complex issues as required. Maintain and update process documentation. Develop foundational knowledge of reporting processes, fund structures, and operational requirements.
Must-Have Skills
Basic understanding or exposure to financial services, fund reporting, or related environments. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data integrity. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to development. Core Skills: Fund Reporting, Data Reporting, Fund Administration.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Internship or experience in financial operations, client reporting, or data analysis. Knowledge of fund structures, investment products, and reporting cycles. Experience with reporting tools or data management platforms. Familiarity with process improvement or documentation enhancement. Analytical mindset with interest in control frameworks and compliance.
