**About the Role**
State Street is hiring a Fund Services Reconciliations Associate to perform daily cash and security reconciliations, resolve portfolio discrepancies, and support investment management teams. The role involves coordinating with portfolio managers, custodians, brokers, and clients while ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of client portfolios.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily cash and security reconciliations.
- Reconcile client portfolios against custody and fund accounting records.
- Resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between portfolio management teams, custodians, brokers, and clients.
- Maintain working knowledge of reconciliation systems.
- Meet service level expectations and operational deadlines.
- Escalate potential issues to managers when necessary.
- Work collaboratively as part of the reconciliation team.
**Requirements**
- MBA (Finance) or B.Com.
- Knowledge of investment accounting.
- 02 years of experience.
- Experience in Cash & Position Reconciliations, Data Acquisition Group, TLM/TLP, or IDC is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across APAC, EMEA, and NAM shifts. .
