Manage and lead operations and compliance of fund-related activities To liaise with various regulators and consultants to maintain compliance with the funds Interact and lead the investor sign-up process and soft reach out to potential investors Work alongside our fund administrator, custodian, consultants and trustee on operational and ongoing matters
Equity Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on potential investment opportunities across various sectors and industries. This may involve analyzing company financials, regulatory filings, competitor landscape, and conducting interviews with management teams and industry experts.
Utilize fundamental and technical analysis techniques to evaluate potential risks and returns of various stocks. Stay updated on current market trends, economic data, and news that could impact investment decisions. Prepare insightful research reports and presentations to support the Fund Managers investment decisions.
Portfolio Management and Monitoring: Assist the Fund Manager in constructing and managing equity portfolios aligned with the funds investment objectives and risk tolerance. Monitor portfolio performance, track key metrics, and identify any potential risks or opportunities. Prepare regular reports for the Fund Manager and senior management on portfolio performance, holdings, and investment rationale.
