Role Overview :
As a Product Owner based in our Hyderabad office, you will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will lead the product vision for high-impact software platforms, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of value-driven features. Your day-to-day involves translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development lifecycle aligns with our long-term roadmap to meet evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on high-value features that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, technical specifications for the engineering team.
- Lead sprint planning and review sessions to ensure the team maintains a steady velocity and adheres to quality standards throughout the SDLC.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and improve overall user experience.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to resolve dependencies and mitigate project risks effectively.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, within an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise communication and documentation.
- Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and proficiency in using Jira to manage complex backlogs and track project progress.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify market trends, and make informed decisions that drive product growth.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to lead distributed teams across different time zones.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of professional experience in product management or business analysis within the IT services or product development sector.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred. .
