5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, ModelOps, or related fields.
. Hands on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
. Experience with:
o Prompt Engineering
o Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
o AI Evaluation Frameworks
o Fine Tuning Techniques
. Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks such as:
o Azure AI Foundry
o OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
o Hugging Face
o LangChain
o Semantic Kernel
o MLflow
Your future duties and responsibilities
Must to have:
. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
. Experience implementing ModelOps or LLMOps capabilities.
. Familiarity with RAGAS, DeepEval, Evidently, and AI observability frameworks.
. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or regulated industries.
. Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management (MRM).
