Position: General Manager Aerospace Manufacturing Company: ACCURA GLOBAL TECH PVT. LTD. Location: Peenya Bangalore Job Summary ACCURA GLOBAL TECH PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and manage overall operations in our aerospace manufacturing facility. The candidate should have strong experience in production, quality, projects, customer handling, bidding, and end-to-end aerospace manufacturing processes. Experience & Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry. Qualification: BE or B.Tech in Mechanical. Experience in CNC & VMC machining, precision manufacturing, and aerospace components is mandatory. Roles & Responsibilities Manage overall shop floor operations, including Production, Quality, Projects, and Maintenance. Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to meet delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer requirements. Lead project execution from quotation to final dispatch. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations. Review production planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost control initiatives. Ensure implementation of 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities. Support ISO/AS9100 audit compliance and documentation. Prepare and review MIS reports, production reports, and management updates. Required Skills Strong Shop Floor Knowledge in aerospace manufacturing. Knowledge of Quality, Production, Projects, CNC Programming, and End-to-End Manufacturing Processes. Bidding/Quotation Knowledge for aerospace manufacturing projects and customer RFQs. Experience in customer communication and project coordination. Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, machining processes, and inspection methods. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates must have worked in an Aerospace Manufacturing Industry with experience in machining aerospace components, customer audits, and precision engineering processes.
