General Manager Commercial

Lead the Commercial Business vertical, driving commercial sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue growth.Manage end-to-end commercial sales and leasing activities, including business development, negotiations, and transaction closures.Build and strengthen relationships with corporate occupiers, investors, retailers, IPCs, brokers, and channel partners.Drive asset monetization, inventory absorption, pricing strategy, and market expansion initiatives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Design, Projects, Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Legal to deliver business objectives.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team while driving performance through defined business goals. Must-Have Skills: Commercial Sales & Leasing experience across Office and Retail assets.Strong network with Corporate Occupiers, IPCs, Brokers, Investors, and Retail Brands.Expertise in Commercial Business Development, Deal Negotiation, and Transaction Management.Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate markets, pricing, and asset monetization.Leadership experience with team management and stakeholder engagement.Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with leading Commercial Real Estate Developers, IPCs, Managed Workspace Operators, REITs, or Commercial Asset Management firms.Proven track record of driving commercial revenue, occupancy, and business growth.Experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and portfolio expansion. Educational Background: MBA in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
