BU Head - Sales | Ortho
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a General Manager - Sales to lead the Pan-India Orthopedics business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Pan-India sales function and drive revenue and market-share growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business plans.
- Lead, mentor and strengthen the national sales team.
- Drive business expansion, customer/KOL engagement and market development.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and competition.
- Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Report directly to the President.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15-25 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/business leadership.
- Strong exposure to Ortho / Bone Health / Pain Management / Musculoskeletal preferred.
- Candidates from BU Head / SBU Head / GM / SGM / DGM / NSM / Divisional Head backgrounds preferred.
- Proven experience managing Pan-India teams/businesses and delivering growth. .
