Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Trainer to educate students on Artificial Intelligence, covering everything from foundational concepts to advanced practical applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering engaging, hands-on training that enables students to leverage AI effectively in their personal and professional lives. The trainer will focus on improving productivity, optimizing workflows, introducing industry-leading AI tools, and promoting safe, ethical, and responsible AI usage.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive AI training programs for beginners to advanced learners.Conduct interactive classroom and hands-on practical sessions.Demonstrate real-world applications of AI across various industries and professions.Train students on effective prompt engineering techniques to maximize AI performance.Guide students in selecting and utilizing the right AI tools for different tasks and use cases.Create and maintain training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical projects.Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.Mentor students throughout their learning journey and provide technical guidance.Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments.Promote responsible AI practices, ethical considerations, and data privacy awareness.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in AI training, mentoring, teaching, or conducting workshops.Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and modern AI tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for learners of different backgrounds.Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the evolving AI ecosystem.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in multiple AI platforms and productivity tools.Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization skills.Experience creating AI-based projects and practical assignments.Understanding of AI ethics, cybersecurity, and responsible AI practices.Experience in corporate training, educational institutions, or EdTech is an added advantage.
