Key Responsibilities Industry analysis, secondary research and financial modelling for new businesses would be required.Anlayze projects in the sector and identify value accretive projects. Prepare the business case, financial models and valuation analysis for the assetsIndustry analysis, secondary research and financial modellingInteract with internal business teams for updates on regular basisResponsible to make financial models of businesses along with strategic and scenario analysis to determine present and future financial performanceDesign and update MIS reports with the objective of providing right insights to senior stakeholdersResearch, compile, analyze, and summarize data for projects, reports, and meetings as needed.Identification of potential risks along with their impacts on the projects and highlighting it to senior management teamAssist in diverse sectors such as Warehousing, Oil & Gas, water, etc.Work closely with advisors across a variety of areas related to business setup and stabilizationLiaising with internal / external legal & technical experts for getting the due diligence and execution of transaction documents to achieve deal closureEnsuring follow-ups and progress on various on going projects, etc. and project deliverables to ensure adherence to the budget requirements and timeframes Key selection criteriaAbility to prepare business case, financial modelling skills and valuation analysis across sectorsRole will be across sectors so knowledge of 2 sectors is impThink holistically across different dimensions of the sectorSelf-motivated and ability to think through ambiguous situations Preferred Sectors: MBA from Tier I is preferred 4 years plus work-ex is also fine Location: Mumbai .
