What You'll Do
Resolve customer queries in German through Chat and Email.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing effective solutions.

Maintain quality standards and meet service-level expectations.
Eligibility
Minimum B1 German Language Certification is mandatory.
Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible.
Minimum 12th Pass.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good written communication skills in both German and English.
Salary & Benefits
