Description
We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused to join our GG Care team. The role involves interacting with couples/woman seeking fertility services, understanding their needs, and guiding them through available treatments, appointments, and services offered by GarbhaGudi Fertility. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing couples/woman, addressing queries related to fertility services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, existing couples/woman, and appointment confirmations.
- Assist couples/woman in booking appointments and coordinating with respective branches.
- Provide accurate & complete information about services, treatments, doctors, and ongoing offers.
- Guide couples/woman regarding branch locations, timings, and available facilities.
- Maintain proper records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Ensure a high level of couple satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Contact Centre / Customer Support role.
- Prior experience in healthcare or service industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
- Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environ ment.
