01Responsibilities
Process intercompany cost recharges accurately and in a timely manner. Process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring correct GL coding, cost allocation, and tax treatment. Managed the process of issuing invoices. Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly VAT returns in compliance with applicable regulations. Manage the creation and maintenance of fixed assets in the asset register. Calculate and post monthly depreciation for fixed assets. Import, review, and reconcile monthly corporate credit card transactions. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure accurate financial records and compliance. Book banks transactions and FX deals in the local ERP. Prepare and book the costs and revenue accruals. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Prior experience or knowledge of the maritime industry is an advantage. Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and VAT. Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a multi-entity environment.
Compensation: 45,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month
