01Key Responsibilities
To make a significant contribution to company's sales revenue by hunting new opportunities in the market covering global requirements
Person would be responsible for all parameters such as order booking, Revenue, EBITDA, customer experience etc
Work with customers across region.
To define, develop and own key customer relationships and customer contact strategy
Business Impact:
Medium-term business strategy and objectives typically guide this role, although there may be involvement in the formulation and development of future policy.
Impact is primarily short-term but may develop plans over the medium term.
Assesses customer relationships and service level.
Authority/Decision Making:
Able to engage at mid to senior management level both internally and externally to within well defined limits of delegation.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree with management & relevant job experience
Skills/Experience:
Relevant hunting experience working with Telecom Service Providers in the sales function.
Good leadership skills in managing, engaging and coaching.
Strong presentation skills & knowledge of various portfolio of services.
Person should have minimum of 15+ unique sales experience with focus on hunting new opportunities & working with existing customers for cross sell/up. In-depth knowledge of BTs portfolio and combining with systems integrators models to open new areas.
Ability to work with client to work on areas where we can work together and grow business exponentially.
Demonstrate engagement with key stakeholders in the market. .
