01Key Responsibilities
You will be leading a team of around 10 Engineers from multiple regions to deliver solutions for Global Authentication including Consumer Identity.
Collaborating closely with Infosec, Chubb business, operations, and application teams to design, develop and maintain Chubb Specific Consumer Identity, Consumer & Workforce Authentication for applications, APIs and Fraud /Risk Auth solutions.
Engaging in technical discussions regarding design and implementation approach for Chubb Global (Multi Country) Consumer Authentication and Fraud detection policies as part of Users, Applications & APIs onboarding Initiatives end to end.
Global Authentication and consumer Identity solution is delivered with Security, Quality, User Experience and Automation as key drivers.
Working with Chubb strategic partners and Vendors in influencing the Authentication product strategy to deliver Chubbs requirements and implementation.
Working with Chubbs digital initiatives to make authentication a friction-less journey with use of modern standards such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0, FIDO2. Responsible to maintain legacy solutions while working with stakeholders to champion and migrate to Strategic solutions.
Championing the industry standards and best practices with peers and stakeholders to make Authentication solutions as enabler for Chubb solutions to be the best in the industry for Security and User Experience of IAM journeys.
Qualifications
Hands-on Engineering leader that has grown organically with development, architect experience and has delivered Authn & Authz solutions for Global enterprises for several years.
Extensive experience in implementing Identity, Authn & Authz solutions using products, in-house solutions, and frameworks across legacy and Modern WebAuth domains.
Extensive experience and knowledge in different Autn & Authz models (header, agent, proxy, SAML, OIDC, oAuth 2.0, FIDO 2.0, RBA, RBAC, ABAC etc)
Extensive knowledge of Deployment topologies, Infrastructure, on-prem, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS.
Extensive knowledge of Web, App and API technologies in Java, Microsoft, Angular, ReactJS etc.
Extensive experience of delivering large -scale solutions in Global Enterprise companies (No. of Users, No. of Authentications, Global Availability etc.).
Extensive experience in implementing Authn Fraud policies that align to best security practices.
Solid knowledge in Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
Solid knowledge in Devops automation for IAM solutions.
Solid knowledge of InfoSec and Identity Access management Policies, Standards and Processes.
Solid experience in large data processing, fast response times, Always-On model frameworks and applications that corresponds to best deployment topologies and resiliency plans.
Solid experience in building complete fault-tolerant applications with high 9 SLAs.
Time management and organizational skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to mentor and collaborate with members of different skill sets and levels.
