Key Responsibilities
**
- Prepare, review, and execute HR documentation such as employment changes, performance plans, and employee letters.
- Support HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle activities like onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee records and data.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and new hire questions, providing timely and empathetic responses.
- Support a positive global onboarding experience for all employees.
- Execute HR processes with precision while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Document workflows and contribute to standardized, scalable HR practices.
- Help manage and maintain HR content on the intranet, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications Required
**
- 13 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or People Operations.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced or growing organization.
