The Role The Manager, Global HR Operations, will play a critical role in building, scaling, and globalizing HR operations across AAretes growing workforce. This role is responsible for streamlining and standardizing endtoend HR processes, driving automation and systems optimization, strengthening compliance and controls, and serving as a key execution partner on special projects and global initiatives.
This role will act as a center of excellence for HR operations, driving consistency, scalability, and strong governance across AAretes global processes.

Experience leveraging ADP to improve HR processes, data accuracy, and reporting
HR certification (e.g., SHRMCP, PHR) preferred
Exposure to or interest in leveraging automation and AI tools to improve HR processes and efficiency
Key Skills & Requirements
Build scalable HR operations:
Streamline and standardize core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, leaves, and offboarding. Ensure consistent, efficient experience for employees across regions
Drive process efficiency through technology:
Improve and automate HR workflows using systems and tools, with a focus on reducing manual work, improving data quality, and enabling clear, reliable reporting
Support compliance and strong operating practices:
Help ensure alignment with local (India) and global employment requirements, maintain wellcontrolled and auditready processes, and support accurate documentation and approvals
Manage subcontractor and nonemployee operations:
Oversee key processes for subcontractors and other nonemployee populations, including onboarding, extensions, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies and external requirements.
Lead continuous improvement efforts:
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve how work gets done, and help implement more efficient, scalable processes across HR operations
Support key projects and growth initiatives:
Contribute to global HR initiatives such as system enhancements, expansion into new geographies, and onboarding of new teams or populations.
Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of progressive HR operations experience with demonstrated experience supporting global or multiregion populations
Strong experience with process design, standardization, and automation Handson experience with HRIS platforms and operational reporting Working knowledge of India labor laws and compliance requirements; exposure to US frameworks is a plus
Proven ability to manage complex, crossfunctional initiatives with multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability and willingness to manage and develop team members as the role evolves Hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work from office 2 days per week, totaling 8 in-office days each month, subject to change based on business needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across stakeholders Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India without the need for employer sponsorship.
