About the rolePepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing activities across the EMEA region. The role will drive cost savings, additional value, and compliance while partnering with internal stakeholders, legal, and suppliers.Key responsibilitiesLead the 7step sourcing process and deliver yearoveryear cost savings and contract coverage.Own endtoend strategic sourcing, from stakeholder intake to contract negotiation and management.Conduct supplier selection, negotiations, and award decisions aligned with business, cost, compliance, and sustainability goals.Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts in partnership with legal and category leads.Manage supplier onboarding, financial due diligence, scorecard setup, and reference checks.Oversee eSourcing and contractmanagement tools, driving automation, digitisation, and dashboarding.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain highquality documentation.Coach junior procurement team members and act as a subjectmatter expert.Collaborate with global category teams to develop subcategory strategies and conduct business reviews.Required profileBachelors degree (MBA preferred).810 years of procurement buyer or categorymanagement experience, preferably in a global matrix organisation.Strong experience working with EMEA stakeholders and multiple indirect procurement categories.Proven strategic sourcing expertise from sourcing through contract execution.Required skillsWhat we offerOpportunity to influence procurement strategy across a leading global brand.Collaborative environment with crossfunctional teams.Professional development and mentorship for junior team members. .
