Desired Profile - 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Customer Operations, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. - Strong experience in end-to-end order processing, order fulfilment, customer account management, and issue resolution. - Hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP MM modules. - Valuable understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, export documentation, and Incoterms. - Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and international trade processes is an added advantage.
