Designation: Vice President - Fixed Income Trade Surveillance Advisory
- Monitor and assess trading activity to identify potential market abuse, manipulation, insider trading, and other suspicious trading behaviors.
- Conduct investigations into surveillance alerts, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the trade surveillance framework and market abuse risk assessments.
- Partner with business, technology, and control functions to improve surveillance models, data quality, and monitoring effectiveness.
- Provide advisory support on surveillance-related initiatives, regulatory developments, and strategic projects.
Desired Profile
- Significant experience in Trade Surveillance, Market Surveillance, or Compliance Advisory within a global financial institution.
- Robust knowledge of Fixed Income products, bond markets, and related derivatives.
- Proven experience implementing or enhancing market surveillance programs and market abuse risk assessments.
- In-depth understanding of market abuse regulations and global regulatory frameworks governing trade surveillance.
- Experience working with surveillance systems, trading data, and analytical tools.
