01Overview
CLIENT: Our MNC client is a market leader in Indoor Air Quality and Critical Ventilation Solutions having a state-of-the-plant located at Greater Noida where this position is based.
Key Deliverables
Ensure the companys financial systems and accounting records are robust, fully up to date, fully reconciled with robust monthly close procedures in place.
Lead the preparation of annual accounts, annual audit process and all legislative and regularity requirements of statutory bodies including filling of statutory accounts, taxation, VAT etc.
Ensure compliance with local laws and adherence to the Group Compliance model.
Ideal Incumbent
CA- post qualification experience of 15+ years with proven track record of success in enhancing the capability of the Finance function of a manufacturing unit of at least 500Crs and reporting to the MD.
IFRS exposure.
Worked in a cross-cultural global environment.
Exposure of merger/integration exercise with global entities and large matrix orgn.
Extensive experience of all areas of financial management including accounting, taxation, standard costing, variance analysis, cost productivity, compliance etc.
Faced Big 4 external auditors.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 60LPA
