01Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP SCM Consultant (Level 9) to support and deliver large-scale ERP transformation programs. The role requires solid functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules, combined with hands-on consulting experience to contribute to end-to-end implementation, vendor selection activities, and business transformation initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting solution design, contributing to delivery workstreams, and helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes through Oracle Fusion ERP platforms with a particular emphasis on healthcare industry
Key Responsibilities
Support engagement with client stakeholders to align ERP solutions with business objectivesContribute to structured insights, documentation, and recommendations for client decision-makingParticipate in and help facilitate stakeholder workshops for vendor selection, discovery, and design; support alignment across business and IT teamssupport functional discovery, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis across ERP SCM domainsTranslate business requirements into functional ERP solution designs under guidance of senior team membersSupport alignment between business processes and system capabilitiesContribute to design workshops and assist in preparing documentation for key decision-making checkpointsSupport RFP responses, solution proposals, and business development activities
Required Qualifications
Core Skills
Strong understanding of SCM ERP modules Inventory , PIM, Procurement, Supply Chain Collaboration and Cost ManagementKnowledge of business process design, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution designStrong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to support data-driven decision-making (e.g., scoring frameworks, ROI models) .
