Description
Ensuring compliant processing of Gold Loans including Gold jewelry valuation, ensuring customer compliance, adherence to loan processing SOPs. Also ensuring customer satisfaction and delight leading to references for Gold Loan cross sales along with other banking products.
This position requires experience in Gold Loan processing in Banking / NBFC. Additional experience in Sales is an added advantage.
The minimum qualification required is graduation.
The minimum years of experience required in 2 years in Gold Loan Processing and Valuation.
Responsibilities
Managing and motivating the sales team towards achieving targets. Responsible for empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation. Ensuring process & documentation compliance, FI, agreement execution & credit approval. Hiring, training & development of sales team to achieve targeted numbers.
