Description
Acquires and services Gold Loan customers via branch and open market channels; ensures valuation, loan processing, and collateral safety in line with policy; crosssells bank products.
Responsibilities
- Generate GL leads via walkins, references and local connectors
- Coordinate appraisal/valuation and complete documentation accurately
- Ensure custody, storage and insurance protocols are followed
- Follow up on overdues and interest servicing; drive crosssell of liabilities/TPP.

Experience Range: 0 to 5 Years
