Gold Loan Operations Associate

-Approve KYC, gold appraisal, payment, and loan release transactions within defined timelines. -Verify customer documents and ensure KYC compliance. -Support loan appraisal and payment processing with accuracy. -Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational controls. -Identify and rectify errors during KYC, gold, payment, and release approvals. -Perform visual gold appraisal, including identifying spurious gold and applying stone deductions where applicable. -Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Eligibility: -Education: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce is mandatory. -Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel -Good communication skills -Strong problem-solving skills .
