Location: Chennai Experience: 12 Years Education: Bachelors Degree Job Summary We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in gold appraisal and customer handling for a leading gold loan organization. The candidate will be responsible for gold valuation, customer relationship management, loan processing, and business development activities. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate gold appraisal, valuation, and ornament checkingEnsure proper stone deduction and avoid unacceptable/spurious ornamentsFollow company policies, KYC norms, and operational proceduresVerify customer KYC documents and complete online registrationCoordinate with managers and stakeholders for loan approval processesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships for renewal and referral businessResolve customer queries and provide excellent service during loan processingGenerate new customer leads through field activities and local market outreachParticipate in business development activities to improve brand visibility in assigned catchment areasEligibility Criteria Bachelors degree is mandatory12 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, and HandlingCandidates should be up to 30 years of ageGood communication skills in the local language and basic EnglishTwo-wheeler and valid Driving License are mandatory (LLR also applicable)Required Skills Gold loan processing knowledgeCustomer relationship managementCommunication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in valuationSales and business development mindsetInterested share the resumes 8489419554 or harsha.skilltechs@gmail.comPay: 35,000.00 - 42,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
