Google Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist Inbound Travel Experience: 48 Years | Industry: Travel & Tourism | Location: Gurgaon We are looking for a Google Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in international lead generation, preferably in the travel and tourism industry. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified inbound travel enquiries.Target travellers from USA, UK, Canada, Australia and key European marketsplanning trips to India.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent targeting.Optimise campaigns for quality leads, CPL, conversion rate and bookings, not just clicks.Set up and monitor conversion tracking through GA4/GTM and Google Ads.Analyse lead quality and continuously optimise keywords, ads, audiences and landing pages.Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-booking conversion.Requirements48 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.Proven track record in international B2C lead generation.Travel/hospitality experience preferred.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.Strong analytical and performance-driven approach.Primary KPI: Generate high-quality international travellers' enquiries that convert into India tour bookings.
