01Key Responsibilities
1. Support sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
2. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
3. Generate leads and assist with customer follow-ups and relationship management.
4. Understand and communicate technical product features and applications.
5. Prepare quotations, presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
6. Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer requirements.
7. Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
8. Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
9. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
10. Develop technical, commercial, communication, and business-development skills through on-the-job training.
