Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee Industrial Automation
We are looking for fresh engineering graduates who are interested in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Industrial IT/OT and system integration.
This role is suitable for candidates who are quick learners, technically curious and willing to work both in the office and at customer plant sites.
Key Responsibilities
Support the engineering team in industrial automation and system integration projects.
Visit customer plants to understand existing machines, instruments, controllers and communication interfaces.
Assist in installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of automation and integration solutions.
Study industrial instruments and identify their communication interfaces such as RS232/RS485, Ethernet, TCP/IP, USB, OPC and SQL.
Assist in integrating instruments and machines with MES, ERP, LIMS, databases and other enterprise systems.
Perform troubleshooting of communication and data-integration issues.
Configure and test software, gateways, data loggers and industrial communication systems.
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, configuration documents and project reports.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal engineering teams during project execution.
Support engineers during FAT, SAT, commissioning and site acceptance activities.
Learn new industrial protocols, software platforms and technologies based on project requirements.
Travel to customer locations across India when required.
