We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented BE, Tech - Civil / Mechanical freshers to join our Structural Steel Detailing team.
Selected candidates will get opportunity to work in international standards, estimation processes, and industry-standard detailing Software
Career Progression:
Initial 6 months : Working in the Estimation department to understand project scope, quantities, and fundamentals of steel detailing
Based on performance, candidates will be moved to Steel Detailer / Modeler / Checker roles within the detailing team
Comprehensive exposure to international standards and real-time project workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
Learn structural steel detailing workflows as per AISC / OSHA / IS standards
Assist in preparation of 3D models, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings using detailing software
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately
Coordinate with senior modelers and checkers to maintain quality and accuracy
Participate in internal reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria :
BE / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Freshers only)
Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals and drawings
Knowledge of AutoCAD (Tekla / SDS2 awareness is an advantage, Not mandatory)
Strong analytical thinking and visualization skills
Positive communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn recent tools and standards.
Compensation: 16,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
