We are looking for a product designer who can lead the design initiative at Sirohi and will develop new designs and concepts for home living products that can be made from sustainable inputs using weaving, rope knotting styles that are aligned with the tastes of urbane globally conscious buyers.

Existing Set up
Sirohi has a manufacturing and ware-housing facility in Muzaffarnagar where we work with over 350+ artisans. We aim to develop 6 monthly product collections in-house while collaborating with artisan clusters across the country to design & handcraft product that are aligned with our design language.
Sirohi is currently grant-funded, and is looking to raise institutions capital to set up retail presence across India and partner with distributors internationally. We have a B2C and B2B sales strategy so all products in our portfolio are considered affordable luxury

Location: Gurgaon, Travel to Muzaffarnagar (project site) as required
Compensation: CTC INR 7-10 L based on experience and Skillset with ESOP options
Management: Mid-Senior Level with 5-7 years of experiences working with an established brand with proven product launches

Through this hands-on learning placement, we give you the responsibility to help and work closely with our local artisans, so they understand the constant need to develop new products and techniques to create sustainable products, that can be launched in an International market and are at par with product design houses of global repute.
Compensation: 40,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month
