About the Role Spectrum Insurance Broking Private Limited is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with solid expertise in Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually appealing marketing materials, social media creatives, branding assets, presentations, and print designs while maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities - Design high-quality social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing creatives. - Create vector illustrations, icons, infographics, and custom graphics using Adobe Illustrator. - Develop branding materials including logos, business stationery, and promotional collateral. - Design presentations, pitch decks, and corporate documents. - Collaborate with marketing and business teams to understand design requirements. - Ensure all creatives align with the company's brand guidelines. - Manage multiple projects while delivering within deadlines. Required Skills - Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. - Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design. - Experience in creating print-ready and digital creatives. - Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into impactful visuals. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply). - Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
