We are looking for a Visual Designer who can go beyond design execution and actively contribute to brand storytelling and content creation using motion graphics. This role requires a blend of creative design thinking, branding expertise, and content sensibility to support marketing, product, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Create compelling visual concepts with MOTION GRAPHICS that communicate ideas effectively and elevate brand perception
Video Editing: Cut and polish high-quality videos for social media, brand campaigns, ads, reels, and events from raw footage to final, mood-driven cut.
VFX & Motion Graphics: Layer in visual effects, transitions, animation, and typography using After Effects or similar tools. Bonus if you can handle basic 3D/CG integration.
Storytelling: Read the narrative, music, and pacing, and craft edits that land smooth, bold, and emotionally resonant.
Multi-format Outputs: Reframe and repurpose footage for different aspect ratios reels, YT shorts, full-length cuts, display ads.
Sound & Sync: Weave in music, SFX, and VO to boost engagement. Bonus if you have a handle on basic sound mixing.
Design high-quality creatives for digital and print media including:
Social media creatives
Website visuals & landing pages
Brochures, reports, and marketing collaterals
Presentations and pitch decks
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints
2. Branding & Creative Strategy (KRA Focus)
Develop and maintain Sciometrix brand guidelines and visual identity
Translate brand vision into cohesive visual storytelling
Conceptualize campaigns aligned with brand positioning and healthcare narratives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong brand recall and differentiation
3. Content Collaboration & Creation
Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate complex healthcare and SaaS concepts into simple, visually engaging content
Support creation of sales decks, case studies, website content, and campaign creatives
Ensure alignment of design with messaging across the marketing funnel
