Job Description: Graphic Designer, Video & AI Editor Overview We are hiring a Graphic Designer + Video & AI Editora rare hybrid who can design stunning static visuals, edit compelling video content, and harness AI tools to produce both at speed and scale. You will own the full visual output for brands: from social creatives and brand kits to Reels, brand films, and AI-generated video campaigns. Job Details Location: Jaipur (In office) Experience: 2+ Years CTC: 3.6 6 LPA (30,000 - 50,000/month based on experience) Performance Upside: Available Bond: 1 Year What You'll Own Graphic Design Social Media Creatives: Static posts, carousels, and Story templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Ad Creatives: Visuals for Meta, Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails. Brand Identity Assets: Logos, color palettes, typography kits, and brand decks. Presentations: Pitch decks and presentation designs using PowerPoint or Google Slides. Marketing Material: Infographics, email layouts, and newsletter designs. Brand Governance: Maintaining and evolving brand style guides across client accounts. Video Editing End-to-End Editing: Transforming raw footage into publish-ready assets. Motion Graphics: Creating motion graphics and animated visuals using After Effects and Premiere Pro. Short-Form Content: Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn clips. Long-Form Edits: Webinars, podcasts, brand films, and case studies. Repurposing: Converting long-form content into 510 short clips per asset. Post-Production: Handling basic color grading and audio mixing. AI Video & Content Generation AI Video Generation: Utilizing tools like Runway, Pika, Kling, Higgsfield, and HeyGen. Prompt Engineering: Engineering prompts for consistent visual style, motion, and character. AI Avatars: Creating AI avatar and talking-head videos via HeyGen and D-ID.
